Meghan Murphy
Development Manager
As Development Manager, Meghan strives to maximize Concern’s ability to end extreme poverty by overseeing donor engagement activities and creating meaningful donor relationships. Meghan optimizes internal systems and processes to identify, cultivate and steward donors across giving levels, with a focus on upgrading donor retention and experience.
Meghan began at Concern Worldwide US in 2019 as the Executive Assistant to CEO Colleen Kelly and the organization’s Board Liaison. After they built strong connections with some of the organization’s most involved Ambassadors and major donors, Meghan moved to the Development team in 2021.
Prior to their time at Concern, Meghan served in multiple roles that supported people experiencing homelessness and poverty throughout the United States, which ultimately sent her on the career path of global social justice and humanitarian development.
