Senior Manager, Business Operations and Systems
As the Business Operations & Systems Senior Manager for Concern Worldwide US, Lauren develops and manages high-level data architecture within Salesforce, assists in the overall systems architecture of all business solution software, and manages data security to ensure organizational safeguards, donor privacy, and data integrity.
Lauren joined Concern in May 2019 with experience in analytics, data management, and system integration. After completing a year of direct service with City Year New York as an AmeriCorps volunteer in East Harlem, she opted to work behind the scenes within the sector. She has since worked as an operations and data professional with nonprofits both local and international.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Born in Arizona, she is an avid hiker, tea drinker, and tennis enthusiast.
