Dilenia Baez joined Concern Worldwide US as a Grant & Compliance Accountant in 2019. She is responsible for providing financial, accounting, compliance and other grant support services in order to meet the needs of the organization and its donors.
She brings 11 years’ experience, to Concern, seven of which were focused on quarterly budgeting, accounts payable, and the operation of all accounting systems and records. Dilenia holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Felician College and an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership.
